What is Pilates?

Pilates is described as a thoughtful way to exercise. Integrating the mind & body, connecting all movement to breath. The Pilates repertoire combines mental & physical conditioning & promises to deliver sound mind & a strong body.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient practice, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. The practice of yoga aims to unite the body, mind, and spirit, leading to a state of harmony and balance.

Freya includes the following key aspects of yoga in her practices:

  1. Physical Postures (Asanas)

  2. Breath Control (Pranayama)

  3. Meditation and Mindfulness

  4. Ethical Guidelines (Yamas and Niyamas)

Freya has extensive knowledge and training, but her passion is what drives her in her teaching.

  3. Body Control Pilates; Pilates for Performance

  4. Sampoorna Yoga; 200 hour Ashtanga Yoga

  5. Sampoorna Yoga; 50 hour Yin Yoga

Do I need experience?

Not at all! Freya tailors her classes to all levels of experience & believes that Pilates & Yoga is accessible to all no matter your level of fitness, your flexibility or mobility.
